Lowered Weapon Animation Stays Persistent

Lowered weapon even when shooting (the gun snaps into the shooting animation and back to the lowered on semi auto weapons.) It wasn't conflicting with ADS at all, but even after fully dying and going thru multiple rounds, it was still there. I have a video that shows it off a little bit, in the discord, that I could link.
