Monark's Crosswall occasionally does not fully appear

Upon trying to entry onto site, I deployed my Crosswall (Monark Tactical) with left click/primary fire.

This should instantly deploy an opaque wall. However, upon deploying (which was done successfully and paired with proper player VO), the wall is essentially invisible with nothing visible except the glowing base/outline of it on the ground.

This seems to be a very rare occurrence and was the only time this happened in this game specifically; I am unsure of how or if it can be replicated. A video of the bug is attached (warning: desynced audio. Sorry about that).
