Q keybind is stuck on whisper!

so apparently my "Q" key bind is stuck on whisper even tho it says the whisper key bind is set on "]" and i cant i mean it doesn't let me use the q for any other bindings except whisper and i tried redownloading the game but it just doesnt work!! i literally downloaded the game like 2 days ago and thought to give it another go but still there is already a problem once again!
