[HIGH IMPORTANCE] View moves down without input after spray

After spraying your gun, either an automatic or single file weapon, your view will move downwards automatically the amount it moved up during the spray.

This is very bad!!!! if someone controls their spray vertically, they will be punished for doing so because the game will readjust their view to the floor!!!
