Inkompatible Crossplay option

i wanna play with my Playstation friend but every time we wanna join each other it says Inkompatible Crossplay Option and we both got the option on and the are 2 Franc options on pc and 1 on Playstation and they are the Crossplay options and if i activat the Crossplay option i cant go in a Normal round.

      Hello, we do not have PC to Console Crossplay compatibilty.

      Is your issue between two Playstation accounts trying to crossplay?
