No mission progress after surrender

If your or enemy team surrender there is no mission progress. After enemy surrender my daily mission "win 1 match" is still incomplete. After my team surrendered after my mission to earn cash didn't count this match to it's progress.

    If the enemy team surrenders, you don't get any crew score for your weekly challenge

    As title says. I don't know if this is a bug or if it's by design, but if it's by design then it's ridiculous for us to get punished for the enemy team surrendering.
