Unable to use Toggle Navigation when spectating

The default key for "Toggle Navigation" is the middle mouse button (mouse3). I am unable to use this key now that I've bound mouse3 to voice record (team). Can the option to bind a different key for "Toggle Navigation" be added to Key bindings to fix this? Being unable to toggle navigation means I cannot report cheaters, griefers, or mute people.
