Keybinds cannot easily change from the default.

* **Type of bug**: Menu Issue
* **Description**: Keys cannot be fully rebound. I use weird keybinds such as using the "ESDF" keys to move as well as "Q" for my knife etc. However, there are menus in game that are always bound to keys such as "E" and "Q" with no way to change them. This leads to me not being able to fully interact with some gameplay elements if I want to use my normal keybinds. Additionally, rebinding the duality swap button to something such as "ctrl" or "caps lock" has lead to issues such as not being able to swap more than once in a round.

* **Steps to Reproduce**: Rebind any key to "Q" or "E" (there are probable other keys that are permantly bound to a feature and it would be good if every keybind was customizable). Rebind the duality swap key (usually "X") to a key such as "caps lock" or "ctrl". Enter a game, during the buy phase press the reboud keys.
* **Expected Result**: "Q" and "E" will interact with the action they are bound to such as an ability or weapon. Any key such as "ctrl" or "caps lock" that has been rebound to the daulity swap action should swap the player to their other body when pressed.
* **Observed Result**: "Q" and "E" will interact with menus during the first 15 seconds of the buy phase and will not input the desired action. "ctrl" will usually only allow you to swap bodies once (although this is inconsistent). "caps lock" didn't allow me to swap bodies at all (very consitently).
* **Reproduction Rate**: "Q" and "E" will always open menus so 10/10 times. Rebinding "X" however to another key will not always result in the issue but once the issue occours will continue to happen for the rest of the match or until the keybinds have been changed.
