Setting Crosshair Outlines to OFF won't grey out the settings below

1. In Crosshair tab on *HIPFIRE // GENERAL* when the *Outlines* is set to *OFF* it doesn't gray out the setting Outline *Thickness *.
2. And in SNIPER // GENERAL when the Center Dot Outline is set to OFF it doesn't gray out the setting like Sniper Dot Outline Opacity and Sniper Dot Outline Thickness.
