Can't connect to matches

I was alone, searched for a game in casual and it connected, we chose characters and all of that. Then, when I buy, the weapon stands in the air, and then it disconnects me. When I try to reconnect I get an error "Can't connect to host". When I enter the practice range I also don't have weapons and can't move. Tried redownloading, didn't work. Please fix, just downloaded the game for the first time in some months and wanted to play.
