The ping is too high even though the server is close by

I am very close to the Japanese server and mostly ping +-30 in other games. But in Spectre Divide I have a ping of 300+. The only thing that helps is ExitLag and it only works once in a while. Because of this high ping, I have to play on Europe with a ping of 150. I used to play on Faceit in ks with such ping, but in this game it is almost impossible to play with ping. Sometimes you shoot for half an hour at the enemy, and he just turns around and shoots you in the head. Please fix it. I really like the game, but with such a ping it is just impossible to play it
