Graphics resets after every restart

i put my settings on 1440p and 120 FPS lock - everytime i start the game i have to do it again

Resolution Reseting after every restart

Whenever I restart the game it resets my resolution from 3440x1440 to 2560x1080. Every other setting stays the same

Nvidia Reflex needs to be reenabled after every start

Every time I start the game, Nvidia Reflex is not active (it normally would cap my framerate to 225 fps, but when I just started the game, it does not cap it.) This behavior gets fixed by just disabling and enabling the setting again, and it stays...
