DLSS not applying each restart

I have been experiencing problem since the September 17th update, in which my DLSS settings doesn't get applied each time I start my game, even though it says "ON". I mainly use DLSS in my game since launch, it never had any issues until the new anti-aliasing feature, where my DLSS will not get applied each time I start a new session. If I restarted the game, the DLSS effect would not be applied. The only fix that I can do is to re-enabling the DLSS by turning the setting off and then on again.
