Joining a crew doesn't update the title in the social side bar

* **Description**: When I joined a friend's crew and then I looked at the social side bar the crwe didn't / doesn't update
* **Video/Screenshot**:
* **Steps to Reproduce**: Boot up the game, go to friend list, open a friend's crew, click on join, open friend list again
* **Expected Result**: The new crew you joined should be now there instead of the old one
* **Observed Result**: The old one is there
