Can't Shift walk and use NUMPAD binds (PING/PUCK/SWAP)

**Description** It seems to be a problem with shift and NUMPAD #'s. Holding down shift and pressing NUMPAD #'s won't excute whatever you had it binded to do.
**Repro Steps:**
1. Rebind any excuteable
2.Hold Shift
3. Try pressing assigned NUMPAD #
4. Won't execute

In the video is first showing keybinds, and pressing them indiviually. Followed by shift walking and attempting to press those buttons. It's only when I let go of shift will it actually execute.
