trapped in corner by teammate randomly kills spectre Merged

My spectre was in a corner, my teammate threw his spectre there too. I swapped to my spectre and tried to jump out. My teammate swapped to his spectre, and it seemed like as I was trying to jump out, he turned sharply and it somehow crushed and killed me. I have an mp4 of it.
